Established in 1998 on a former drive-in cinema site, the Piromit winery is located near the village of Hanwood, just a few minutes drive from the thriving city of Griffith in the heart of the Riverina. In a wine producing region increasingly recognised for the consistent quality of its wines, Piromit Wines is a genuine boutique winery crafting a niche in the domestic and overseas market.

Along with the more traditional varieties and blends such as Cabernet Merlot, Shiraz, Chardonnay, Verdelho and Semillon Sauvignon Blanc, other wines in the Piromit Wines’ stable include the popular Italian varieties Pinot Grigio and Sangiovese. We also produce a consistent medal winning Botrytis Semillon, which is a dessert wine style for which the Riverina is attracting world wide acclaim.
